My Project

(1) Title of Project
Normalization & clustering of microarray data obtained from mice primed with Der p 2 protein.

(2) Objective
This project aims at applying normalization algorithms to the microarray data to determine the molecular events that shape the outcome of the dosagfe dependent phenomenon.

(3) Specifications
The system shall be able to perform the following features:
- Normalization of microarray data
- Minimise slide-to-slide variation
- Detect the genes that are differentially expressed
- Cluster the genes to reveal gene patterns

(4) Deliverables
- Documentation on the steps taken to normalize and cluster the microarray data.
- Clustering results for the mouse data.

Nuriah made it clearer to me now. And that's at the price of the cheeseburger that she owes me. Hence, we do not owe each other anything now.
